The level of service the Frankston Store manager and her staff gave to me was well above what I would have expected and I am grateful. I was in a heightened emergency situation that required me to source furniture that was readily stocked to help me move into a home at short notice. They took the time and walked me through the store in making sure I was happy with my purchases and the items selected best suited my immediate needs within my tight budget. My buffet, table, tv cabinet, and bedroom suites are often complimented on and are of great quality. I recommend Focus on furniture to all my friends, family and work colleagues.
Friendly Staff at the Frankston Store, very helpful in showing the full functions of the "Jersey" Sofa Bed in operation, how easy it is to lay out and fold back, The only colour available no options was acceptable and when Jess worked out an excellent price with delivery we arranged payment and date only 2 weeks. Very happy customer.
Disgusted with product and lack of empathy shown by management and head office at Focus On Furniture. I purchased a couch which we received late august 2020. The couch is next to a window which is mostly covered by our pergola and only sees a glimpse of morning sunlight. We noticed late Mid February 2021 that our new lounge had severely faded. When contacting Focus On Furniture, they simply replied " we don't cover sun damage". They told me it was due to being next to a window, which this was never explained we couldn't do when buying . Yet when I look on their website almost every pic shows their couches next to or against windows. Over the years I've had 2 other couches next to this same window both where there for over 7 years each and never had any fading issues before. Most quality materials should have some sort of UV protection, much like fabrics in cars, Focus On Furniture obviously don't bother testing products against UV damage. I would understand if we placed the couch next to a window that got full afternoon sunlight, then after a few years maybe some fading but not after one summer with only glimpses of morning sunlight. The product is called Willow in Mod Grey, I suggest avoiding this product unless you live in a dungeon were theirs zero sunlight. Still to this date Focus on Furniture have offered no help only making it very clear they won't put through as warranty even though consumer law clearly states all products sold must be of durable quality and fit for purpose and had I known this product would fade in just months, not years I would never had purchased it. Product isn't even worthy of one star.
Was told sale ended at midnight, untrue, sale ended next day. Was told all items were in stock, untrue, they weren’t. Delivered one item then had to wait a week to get the other and they wanted to charge another delivery fee. When it came it didn’t match the original item and I was informed i had to pay another $350. One star is too much. Never again will I shop at Focus on Furniture!
Extremely rude, they do NOT give delivery time frames, you are expected to wait all day. Customer service is non existent. When I told them I will never shop with them again the response was " yeah right ". If I could give 0 stars I would.
Bought a sofa from Focus On Furniture in Frankston. Friendly staff over the phone and in store. Arranging delivery was no problem at all, even after I called after purchase to change my order. Guys delivered and put together in a matter of minutes. Great service.
Very happy with service received from time of purchase through to the delivery. Staff very accommodating and always willing to assist. Kept us informed all the way. Keep up the great work.

The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. After taking my order in Dec which was meant to arrive in the start of Jan I have had to go to customer service. The furniture was delayed 9 times. It is now the end of March and we still dont have it. I could live with the delays if I was communicated with. From Dec to Mar the Manager at this store and her assistants have not contacted me once to advise there are delays. Head office finally located a bed to the suite that I have been waiting for. It was scheduled to arrive today. The manager advised that it would be delivered some time in the morning. I have had to ring to find out the estimated time. Rather than call me and advise they contacted the driver. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I would review my furniture-if it ever arrived
