Went in wearing New Balance and was called a ‘Soccer Dad’ and received glaring looks from all of the staff members. I was a little shocked by the treatment but it only escalated when i picked up a pair of right off the shelf mens ua hovr phantom 2s intelliknit running shoes in the colourway bright coral that one of the staff members, a young boy, came over and began to laugh. He grabbed the shoe out of my hands and just took it to the back without saying a word. I was very drawn to the shoe and I am very dissapointed in the treatment I receieved from the boy whos name i think was ‘toby’
Was served today by the lovely Claire, and she was so attentive and helpful! I was looking at a pair online that were on sale that they didn't have in store, Claire got me a pair of the same brand in the size that I needed to make sure I had the right fit, and went out of her way to order them in for me so I could save money on shipping. Between working both retail and hospo during christmas, and other stressful life factors, it really helped me tick one thing off the endless list of things to worry about, left the store with all of the good chemicals. Thank you so much! ^_^
Went to Northland store yesterday, partner was a bit disappointed there weren't any sale stock in store as the website makes this look entirely possible. Was greeted by a nice young man who insisted he tried a pair in the store before trying to find a different pair online. So glad he did! Within 21hrs of ordering online, the shoes were delivered to our door. Fantastic customer service guys, keep it up! We will definitely shop with you in the future. Thanks to Ronaldo for his help.
I have nothing but wonderful experiences at this store. The employee, Jaime I think, was so helpful. Catered to my every need and got me the perfect shoes all while being so patient with me! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for great service!

***LOCAL GUIDE YOU CAN TRUST*** Rung up on Sunday after a extremely disappointing service experience at Bundoora and being forced in to something I didn't want to be honest, I rung Playtpus Shoes at Northland and spoke to Jamie and asked for her store manager with out hesitation she passed me on to the 2IC Carrington, - I explained the situation and despite the issue of Full Price Store Vs Outlet store he was more than willing to assist in the refund of the item without a doubt. Carrington restored faith and hope in the brand, and I will certainly return to Northland next time I need some new kicks and that's a fact. thanks for running a wonderful store your a credit to the company.

They were the only ones who had the pair of kix my kid wanted in stock and being the last pair they still held them for until I got there.
I love their shoes BUT looking up shoes online is long, and prices, sizes don't usually appear in store.
