For a Saturday afternoon, they definitely needed to work on their roster given that there were multiple people in the footwear section waiting to be served, while team members were standing around and chatting in other parts of the store. The staff member who helped us after about 10 minutes was knowledgeable and quick, however she was flat out while other team members just watched on!
Went to this store late yesterday afternoon to buy some clothing but size wasn’t available.Saw a young lady staff member and asked for help.The size was available in different store and asked her to call and put it on hold for the next day but she said she can’t call but she can give me the number and I can call myself.When asked why can’t she call and she said they take 20 min to answer their call and if I am willing to wait for 20 min then she will make a call.Seriously… so she knew how long it takes them to answer without even calling / trying calling them.What a silly and ridiculous excuse to not serve a customer.I went out and called they answered straight away.Remember, the reason you got this job to serve customers not making excuses and wondering around the store doing nothing.
Could not find staff anywhere and store was a mess. The lady Claudia that served me did her best but need to roster more people to help with the amount of customers waiting.
Went in for a pair of futsal shoes and walked out with a pair of futsal shoes. I unfortunately forgot the name of the bloke that served be but he was very knowledgeable on which ones to get.
Ignored waiting at Click and Collect counter. When the sales assistant did approach me she was rude and dismissive. Most of my experiences at rebel stores have been positive so this was disappointing
walked in today to purchased a swimming cap along with swimming ear plugs. the moment we walked in we were greeted by sales person jacob his customer service skills 10/10 very helpful and kind..keep it up :
1 hour click and collect?? 2 hours and counting. Went to the store to find out and all I was told wait for a confirmation. Didn’t even check the system
My brother and I spoke to James today. We purchased some shoes and shorts and he was super helpful and polite. Offered some great options and made us both really happy with our purchase.
Friendly staff, larger store with plenty of regular stock and good prices. Kids loved the enclosed play area to practise their soccer skills.
Comically bad customer service. I ordered an item via click and collect, website said it was in stock, they called and said nothing other than call back, I called they said it was in store ready to collect, in store suddenly out of stock, while in store send me a text saying it’s in stock, ask at the counter again and it's out of stock again, they’re good at messing with people!! Just absolutely hopeless at helping them.
