I wish I have seen the review before I visited this shop. Zero star, I brought a car key and went for cutting, they told me no guarantee it will start the car, it will turn but the car may not start, I told them I know, I only need a copy of the original key. I paid and tried the key and it didn’t turn the switch at all, now that is not about programming, that’s about cutting and copying the original key. And if it is need programming you can at least crank the car and it will never start until you program the fob. I went back and they told me, we’ve explained to you no guarantee no refund the problem with your key We don’t cut it by hand we use machine Really ?? Do you think I’m 7 years old? For me $30 is nothing and no guarantee was about if it is going to start the car or no, but it should turn the switch I only wanted to copy of the original key. They ruin my key, they didn’t apologize, and they are very rude, The pictures will explain to you that they didn’t copy the original key Left side is the original/ right is the copy which was cut by Mister Minit Now I have to buy another key and cut it by a respectful shop. Update; I went to WYNNS locksmiths and gave them another key, they cut it, it worked, and now everything is good. So the problem is not from the keys I have, the problem is from Mister Minit, because both keys are exactly same and identical. People See last two pictures
I wish I had read the reviews before giving the job to this shop. Charged 50 to glue the shoe soles. The excessive glue just seeped along the shoe seam. They responded "this is the best they can do". What a poor job has been done to ruin my shoes!
Hayden was a pleasure to deal with. He swapped and sized a new watch strap in no time and took all the time he needed to make sure the job was done properly. I appreciated his kind demeanor and the excellence in which he conducted his craft. He is proud of his work and he is someone I would trust to do any similar job.
DARREN IS AMAZING!! He fixed my chain and a key ring in two seconds, gave me a great deal and when I offered to pay extra for his work he simply asked for a review instead! I know where to go anytime I need work like this done again
I came in today to get some engraving done. Really reasonable prices with fast turnaround times. They were extremely accommodating and helped me. This isn't the first time I've been here and I will keep coming back. I cannot recommend them enough.
Hayden was cheerful and polite and made the whole experience very easy and even enjoyable. Better still, the work I requested was done beautifully and in good time. I will definitely have work done here again

Absolute rip off… $10 to get a normal house key cut!!!!! And no prices listed anywhere - no wonder. EDIT: sorry, are you saying instead of being transparent about prices, the onus is on me to do my research? Wow, ok. As a service provider myself, I always provide my potential customers with pricing beforehand, and another review stated that you flat out refused to provide a quote when they were doing their ‘research’; I prefer transparency from my retailers to be honest, but maybe that’s just me.
I walked on the pop up store and asked from some extra holes on my new belt. Hayden was so helpful and kind! I totally recommend this place! Friendly staff and excellent service. Thank you Hayden!
Three trips to Northland, two repairs and $75 later, my boots are in worse shape than ever. I started off with a crack in the sole, now I have two unusable boots where the soles and heels have come off entirely. Staff were happy to repair the first time. But when the soles came off the second time, they said there was no guarantee and no refund. Apparently the problem is with my boots — though I've had them repaired elsewhere without issue. Very disappointing.
