Went in, and was able to browse without intrusive staff. The staff are very friendly, and aren't intrusive in your purchases. I was able to find what I wanted, and the staff member kindly offered to look for another size for me, without me even asking! After selecting my shoes, I went up to the counter and found that they were on sale! Great little shop, with friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Fantastic friendly flexible customer service. Other stores could learn something from the Balwyn store . I know where I'll be going back to. Very happy.
