I found the owner very rude! I rang up and told him my name and he said he didn't have my name on record. He quoted me $200 to fix watch and then he said i quoted $300. I know alot of shop owners in Balwyn and everyone is very polite,but this bloke is a very rude prick!!!

Very impressed with the service at this wonderful store. As someone in the retail industry I know how important customer service can be and Dennis treated me well and was very knowledgeable.

Such fantastic service on a watch that no one else would touch, so precious to me. I found Dennis so helpful and knowledgable, thank you!

Don't walk passed this quaint and unpretentious jewellery store. I brought in an Omega SMP quartz for a chat re servicing. Dennis made a few recommendations and I was comfortable to leave my watch to have a battery service and pressure test. I received the watch back promptly and the work was professional and done with alot of care without tool marks or residue. Dennis is a watch guy who I will trust with the rest of my Swiss quartz and mechanical watches. If you cant go to an authorised service centre, go to Dennis instead. Thanks Dennis.
