I rang Balwyn Greater Earth Healthfood store today and received fast warm friendly service. I normally buy my supplements from my Naturopath. If I am in the area and it is inconvenient to visit my Naturopath I will go to Balwyn Greater Earth Healthfood store again. My experience with this chain of stores has been highly favourable.

Rude staff who ask intrusive questions I will never go there again and would not recommend. If you do go be prepared to be asked personal questions and treated very discourteously if you don't want to answer.
