Wow what an experience from start to finish.. We booked our appointment with Natalie and there our journey began....Our appointment went for 90 minutes and we had a fun time trying out the different types of Mattresses in the shop, tried the different pillow shapes, sizes, comfort, and finally found the ones we liked and approved & recommended by Natalie. Natalie spent time, getting to know our sleep habits, and what we wanted in a "Good Nights Sleep". We found our match in both Mattress & pillows and our order was taken, it was all so easy and we felt that we had finally bought what suited our sleep pattern and our body. Day of delivery was smooth as, on time, delivery guys new what they where doing and the bed fitted like a glove into our existing Head Board and Frame....Perfect in every way...what can we say, but thank you Natalie & The Back to Sleep Team. Dr George from Back to Sleep was unbelievable. I have an elderly mum who lives on her own and in a lot of ways very stubborn and set in her thinking. He spent the time to listen, assess her situation and then provide his thoughts on how best Back to Sleep could support her remaining at home independently. To Dr George’s credit he was able to make my mum very comfortable to be able to have a serious conversation about her needs. We finished the appointment very happy indeed and she was onboard. Had the best experience getting matched to my perfect pillow. Amazing service from the friendly chiropractor and after a week on my new pillow realise it was worth every dollar spent. Highly recommended!!
