We have been getting our pizzas here for years, we still feel they are the best. I have gluten free base, it's the only place which has a well cooked crunchy base. The owner remembers our orders, they are incredibly helpful and friendly. Well priced.
First time i ordered online sometime over the December period. They accepted my online order and drove to collect. Got there and they weren't even open. Phoned and manager said he will refund me if i can show him the proof. Told him I'll come and he said any time. Got there on a Monday only to find out they closed. Went back again and i said I spoke to him over the phone and he gave me my money without showing him proof as he had a receipt. He was nice so i decided I'll give them another shot. Ordered a half half pizza over the weekend and I marked to remove all mushrooms and entire pizza had mushrooms a lot on the 1 side and just a few on the other. I hate mushrooms so just chucked most of it. Horrible customer service.
After reading a fair bit of reviews I am here to confess. I used to work here a year ago. Paid $10 an hour, 9 hours a week. No signed paperwork or anything. They tell you what time to come in what days and that's it. Got fired for calling in sick. The reason I agreed to work here was because I have no experience and really needed the job. I remember liking the bbq chicken pizza to be honest. But yeah prices are
Ordered two family pizzas to eat in store with my family, could hardly stomach a single piece, it was terrible!!! Ended up leaving a whole family pizza and the half eaten one in the table in the store. To top it off, there was a older lady working behind the counter, watching us eat while she picked at her teeth with her fingers, the whole experience was disgusting. AVOID!!!
Really poor experience with this shop, ordered a family deal but instead they charged me by per pizza/garlic bread and drink. Told them I order a family deal because it was cheaper but they refused and said I didn’t say family dealwhy would I order separately if it’ll cost more? What bothered me the most was how bland the pizza was and how soggy the base was. Highly don’t recommend this place at all, more genuine and quality pizza shops out there that won’t try and take advantage of you just to make a bit more extra money.
We ordered for the first time online and all the food arrived hot and tasted fantastic We will be ordering again hope they can maintain such great service and food
