No guarantees here. You could order the same thing every day and the quality (or even the product) will never be the bloody same twice over. 
Going through the drive thru one night after work about 3am and one bloke was inside in the office, the other twit at the window took the orders for two cars then dozed off while there was at least another two behind us all stuck in line. The guy from the car in front climbed thru the window to scream him out. That was the best part of our meal :)

Have four registers, but only 1 open. Line very long, then had to wait for 5 minutes for my meal! This occurs regularly. Not even worth 1 star.

Today I had the worst caramel sundae of my life from this Macca's. I'll just stick to Hungry Jacks to get one instead.

I personally did not eat here but my friend did. She said the service was fast, the food was served hot and the service is as per any standard Macca's.
