It used to be good, with the previous owners, they made the place look nice and they were inviting, the shelves were always stocked.
Now, you ask for PLAIN SALT on the chips and you get chicken salt.
The shelves are more barren than the Aussie outback and the salad is under more liquid than an angler fish.
As a local who loves chips, I'm disappointed that it's gone that far south, even further than bird migration.

was great HSP and good service. Loved the food there and will most definitely recommend to others (I don't know about who wrote the bad comments) I agree that the owners English is a bit poor but they serve good food when i walked in. Keep up the good work

I really should have read the reviews before ordering which costed us $40 +. Ordered an HSP which had apparently fallen out in the delivery guys car as you could see what was left of the sauce all to the side of the container, my hsp consisted of a few chips and a few pieces of cut lamb... and that was it. Called to complain and even sent a pic to the person i spoke to and left it in their hands how they will compensate and all i wad told was i will get an hsp free with my next purchase? I seriously wont bother with this place and wont even consider ordering again.. my the amount of bad reviews these guys should cease to exist, no stars if i had option!

I ordered my food online. I stated NO CHILLI and they put chilli in my kids HSP. They delivered 30 mins later. My food was burnt and was cold and soggy. There was no salt at all. I wouldn't recommend this fast food store as it was very disappointing.
