Had to try this place , cause a lot of ppl gave bad reviews on here , but I found this place really good and the chicken was cooked nicely . I ordered the chicken tenders box . Also the gravy had a nice texture and not to salty
The service was slow and the atmosphere was bad. Multiple customers were mad, complaining and I saw 3 customers flat out leave because they were denied service. The chips were ok, there was no cutlery packs. The wicked wings were crispy but old. A worker was seen sneezing towards the food without covering her mouth or turning away.
Disappointed every time I go there. It’s the closest to my home. One time, we got poor checked quality, used old oil, soggy and very oily. Often gave not enough chicken or gravy. Also, one time our chicken tender was the size of my pinky finger. I called them and they said that’s what they got at the moment. I even sent them pictures.nAfter a couple of years I though they would improve, but very disappointing.. after heated up the chicken in the air fryer for a couple of minutes to make it more crispy, found out the oil came out of the chicken were dark brown. That means they are reusing the old oil repeatedly. NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO HALLAM KFC!!!
Sick of this KFC and their horrible food. Wasted so much money, spent over $60 the chicken was horrible and the chips were cold and rusty. The chicken was black and not edible. Very disappointing. No more.
Didn't have any tenders and no offer of any substitute. Ended ordering a burger instead ask for an original, got a zinger instead. Need to train drive through staff on how to communicate better with customers and food staff to read basic orders!
