Live tracker does not match up with where they are at in store. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They ignore you at the counter. We ordered a pizza tonight and it took them almost 5 minutes to acknowledge my partner who was standing at the counter, right in front of a worker who just ignored him. They also forgot to give us the drink with the order and only gave it to us once my parter prompted for it. Multiple people waiting in store tonight, all very angry. Communication was horrible. No apologies. Nothing. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and there was about 8 small pieces of pineapple on one half of the pizza and none on the other. Really disappointing because we have been going here for years. Not sure if the owners have changed but whatever has happened, I don’t think we will be going back now.

The WORST pizza we have EVER had. New ownership sign out the front too. Clearly the new owners have taken a back seat. We ordered a thin based supreme and got a charcoal thing with barely any dehydrated toppings. If I wanted burnt cheese and crackers I would've asked my 6 year old to make them for me! Oh and also got a bonus 'pizza perks' key ring amongst the toppings. New advertising strategy?

Complete rubbish, all they care about is taking your money and don't care what they give you. A reminder why I always go elsewhere...  BTW this is meant to be a Godfather   Seriously lift you bloody game Domino's!

Took 3 hrs with numerous phone calls to finally get my order which was cold , unlike their ads!! Also choc fudge sundae was half the size of McDonald's,virtually a blessing of fudge sauce and I literally DRANK the desert it was so  sloppy! Won't be ordering again !

Still waiting to get my order from this POS store. Happened 2 weeks ago too. Order didn't arrive ordered on uber. No update time on uber eats. Tried calling the restaurant and the phone number doesn't ring. Do they want business or not?

Worst food quality provided by this Domino’s. Taste is worst, food spread is worst and on top of that employee behaviour was not good. I won’t recommend this particular Domino’s to anyone.  I have ordered pizzas and some sides. In pancakes there was only slight butter and sugar which made it taste really worst . In garlic scrolls there was no garlic butter and parmesan on top of scrolls, everything was on box. In pizzas I was not getting any other taste except tomatoes and the spread of pizza toppings was just awful.

Ordered two replacement pizzas  for the previous thin and crispy, that arrived cold and charcoal like with unidentifiable toppings, had to pick the replacements up, no bacon was stipulated as I don't eat pork products, or beef. Some bright spark decided to put diced ham on it. After ringing was told it was chicken. I could tell which was chicken; it was white!  My husband was kept waiting while they tried to locate our order! Apparently, they can't tell the difference between C & THI.  NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN.  Sent to the only place they are fit for

I got my pizza from Domino's Narre Warren.... Where the hell are my toppings?!!! I paid $27.35 for the pizza alone!!!! I've never had a problem with other Domino's, but Narre Warren SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Prepaid an order, 30 pizzas and 30 garlic breads for 11.40am Sunday morning. Ready on time with many compliments. Well done.

Dreadful place to pick up, I'm on a tight budget and getting pizza for the family is a big treat for us. I ordered 4 Large Pizzas. I turned up to pick them up. I waited and waited and waited for someone to come to the service front. I heard alot of fooling around and laughter in the back, I'm not joking, this went on for 10 mins, I yelled out several times and it would go quiet and then louder laughter. When I did get my pizza, I took them home and they were disgusting. Little to no topping on any of them. I called the store and the response I got was "Oh well that's what you get" then he hung up on me. It took all my energy not to go there and beat the living daylights of him and anyone else there. HOW does this place stay open when you hire smug smart A@#ses who do need a good lesson on how to work and to speak to people. NEVER again will I go back. I can't afford to lose money again like this. Thanks for NOTHING.
