Seriously the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I keep thinking maybe next time might be better but it never is. This time I went via the drive thru every part of my order was wrong the top half of my Big Mac was missing the lid of the burger box was open and my fries packet was on top so now covered in Big Mac sauce dipping sauce missing nuggets cold and hard as rocks I. My sons happy meal. I have been calling on and off for the past 5 hours to put in a complaint and there is no answer. Seriously don’t waste your time or money on the store.
The tables are clean and well looked after. The service behind the counter though is atrocious. Everyone makes mistakes on an order, but the lack of care factor is impressive. Our large coffee orders had weird foam on them, were served over two small cups and had spilled coffee all over the cups. Chips were burned, sauces and serviettes missing. Happy meal toy also had some liquid smeared all over it.
buger pattie was dry chicken in the wrap was super super dry like rock its not crewablethey are not made fresh. fries were cold. This branch is the worst ever.
Order food been 2 hours still not camingnVery bad service this mc Donald's fountain gate every week and order like this and sort people to service.and worker I ask my food, don't know how long will came .
Environment is unhygienic, no clean tables for customers to eat, rubbish everywhere on the ground, ordered food at 11:40PM and took 35 minutes to receive my order, fries were like triple fried and unseasoned and employees aren't apologetic for the wait time customers had to wait.
