We have been loyal home delivery customers for almost 25+ years, and today....after placing our order, a junior staff member calls back to say they no longer deliver to my area. I asked to speak with the owner and ask why after 30 years this is happening, owner DID NOT HAVE THE HUMAN COURTESY TO GET ON THE PHONE ! Apparently he was too busy! I was asked to call back in a couple of hours to talk to him! 25 years and this is the courtesy, thank you and apology one gets! ZERO for customer service! Z E R O !!!!!

Terrible. I ordered for myself and friends. Half the order didn't arrive. I rang and asked about the order. They said they didn't have half the order so just delivered what they had. I now have hungry friends over for dinner with no dinner thanks to pizza nova. Manager had a go at me for being upset about the terrible service. Omg never again.

Fairly balanced prices and sizes, with some very good quality toppings. However, the pizza base taste is average, and the place is let down by not accepting eftpos.

Placed an order for a family pizza, Ribs & wings, so the order shows up without the wings, they said they called me to tell me they run out but I had no call. After all this I get abused and told I'm a cheeky liar, why would any bother complaining if they had everything they ordered.
