For the last 15 years the standard of pizza in this area has been on a massive decline. It has come down to can I be bothered cooking or do I just order an average pizza. Nothing spectacular about it all just pure convenience. We used to have a reliable pizza opportunity in Rowville with big Al’s but even there quality has dropped so much that we look elsewhere. Enter pizza nova started by an ex big Al employee. You’d assume the quality would continue, how wrong we are. Not only is the taste and quality poor they continue to put ingredients on orders that are specifically instructed not to for health reasons. Upon inspecting pizza further because ingredients not requested noticed several hairs in the pizza. Was offered a replacement and refund which I appreciate, however damage is already done. When you’re expecting a subpar product due to convenience and they can’t even control the quality and cleanliness of there product going out is an absolute disgrace. We deserve better especially during those years prices have three folded. Not good enough pizza nova. Will never return for over priced sub quality product again. Shame.
Placed a delivery order and it came 10 minutes earlier than expected. The person taking the order on the phone and the delivery driver were both very lovely. The pizzas taste super delicious and are filled with toppings. I will definitely be ordering again
By far one of the more affordable pizzas in the area. Most of their pizzas are really good, but lately the garlic pizzas have consistently arrived burnt, dry and missing cheese. We order from you every couple of weeks, and we've noticed this over the last couple of months. Kind of sucks when the meal deal always comes with a burnt garlic pizza.
This place is good for average or slightly below average fast food pizza. It won’t make it into your local hero’s list. Pricing is up with above average restaurants.
Ordered from here a few times now, free delivery, huge servings and lovely service, delivery was 20mins earlier than expected tonight. Love supporting a family run business, only suggestion would be slightly less salt on chips :
