Simple decor and menu. Noodles are really nice and sushimi is very fresh. Staff are a bit slow and have to tell them 3 times to get the order which is funny but none the less a small glitch which the good quality of food makes up for the blonde moment staff have when taking the order

Food comes out quick been there 4 times and quality of food is always fresh

Would be nice if they add bit more varieties to the menu one day. Overall highly recommend this place

I really REALLY wanted to finish my bowl but damn it was filling. It's hard to find decent vegetarian meals and this place is spot on. Keep in mind their menu is very simple (which I personally liked) and the drinks are priced okay too. Next time I come here I will be sure to starve myself in advance so I can get through that Tofu Don.

Note that this used to be Sushi Express but has just recently changed to Yama Yama so some reviews here may not be applicable to Yama Yama. We visited for the first time a few weeks ago. 
Their menu is more tapas styled, a bit different to your standard Japanese restaurant. We had 3 dishes to share (pulled pork taco, pork gyoza and chicken wings) which cost us $40 in total, all very tasty, but we could have had another dish as I was still a little hungry.
