Very poor management. Took half an hour to provide water glasses and even when they provided still dirty. The tables left uncleaned for more than 40 minutes after customers left the table. Not hoping to visit this place at all again. Poor customer service and food standards. No where near hygiene standards than other nandosFood: 3/5
Chicken was cooked perfectly even the breast meat was juicy and just enough sauce on the chicken. Jeff was so friendly and making sure we enjoyed our dinner. We had such a great dine in experience here, thank you Jeff.Food: 5/5
Other than the seating everything else was a negative. Was told to wait 45mins for food whilst sitting and food still came later and big gaps between one person's meal and the next. The food was not nice and the portions were small.
Just got our online order after ordering 44 minutes ago. Said it would be ready at 8:53 and ended being ready at 9:25… there was literally no one at the restaurant when we left. Chips are not even warm. Also have had an issue before where they gave us 2 small chips when we ordered 2 extra large chips. Chicken is small and not thick. Hardly any sauce on them. They use to give us packet sauce and now they don’t. This place use to be good. Not so much anymore Parking: Literally never parking spots available
Cannot believe I ordered again after my last experience. We got a whole chicken and 2 large sides. Coleslaw and grain salad. $8.95 for coleslaw that fits in 3/4 measuring cup. Absolutely ridiculous. Same with the grain salad. We ordered the broccoli last month for $8.95 and it had 5 tiny broccoli stems. This place needs to work on their portion sizes as for a large side for $8.95 - it’s a joke!
I've been to quite a few Nando's in Melbourne, but this one has been the most consistent. Always freshly cooked food when I go in during off peak times, and when it's super busy, they still do a good job. Rupinder and the crew at this Nando's also manage to keep things comfortable and clean, even when they are busy. I'll be back again.
We dined in here and the staff were kind the food was lovely and it all came out timely! We will be back - so good if you want a keto friendly meal!!Food: 5/5
Staff were very tentative, food service was prompt for Nandos it's not McDonald's so was more than happy with a 15 minute wait for a whole chicken. Restaurant was clean I noted empty tables cleared and cleaned within 5 minutes of other patrons leaving overall a pleasant experience, thank you.Food: 5/5
The red head working on 27/5 at around 7:30 was one of the rudest service workers I’ve ever come across. Service like this means I’ll never come back regardless of the food quality. The customers next to us said the exact same thing, it’s not that hard to smile :Food: 3/5
Great experience in dining at Lysterfield Nando’s. Apart from the great food and very clean and cosy atmosphere, I got impressed by the kindness of staff. One of the staff noticed that my son feels a bit cold and kindly offered to turn off the aircon. Thank you Food: 5/5
