They clearly need to train their staff properly. Matthew was impatient and simply rude. I have never experienced customer service like this. I was disgusted. Safe to say, that's the last time I'll ever walk through that door.

Well a couple of weeks ago I went there to order a takeaway sandwich. I took it to picnic for my lunch. When I took some bites I realized they have forgotten to put the chicken inside!!! It was a salad sandwich 🤣😤😤 I went there afterwards and they gave my money back but I will never ever go there again

Disappointed by service today as I am a regular customer. Bread was not heated up disputed my request and was not up to standard.

My son and I have been very ill since eating your chicken snitzel sub last night. My other son had ham so he was ok. Won't be eating here again, that's for sure. Expensive way to end up with food poisoning. :-(
