A fairly busy store especially in the evenings so wait times can be longer than expected. Food is ok, standard Maccas fare. Looks like they're offering some daily specials at this branch and Glen store.
Not sure how they let people work here if this is what they gave me, chips portion was small and cold and the drink was nowhere near full, I’d say more like half empty. They then made me 2 burgers, 1 properly and one looked like it had been pulled out of the freezer and thrown on the buns. Not sure who they let make the food today but I would’ve at least liked something other than bread and cold chipsnHappened around 230pm today
Just letting you guys know no one is perfect my burger was not what i exactly ordered fries were cold rang store the manger was so helpful and understanding replaced the meal and gave a coffee voucher and the replacement meal was so good and the manger was so good with his apologies and he was very sincere. So end result was very happy . Thank you stud maccers will see u soon 10/10
Absolutely horriblenHad to wait in waiting bay which is fair, but they forgot to bring our drinks. Waited a while and decided to check inside, the drinks were just sitting on thr counter.nnOrdered a McCrispy deluxe, got home to eat it, and it had no tomatoes, just a quarter of an end bit chucked in the corner of the box.nnAbsolutely horrid, drive a couple more minutes and go to the maccas on ferntreegully road, their food has always been great and the service is always pretty good.
Ignored at drive through, order was wrong and then when tried to correct they didn't do it.nnGot the food and it was wrong as well.nnMilo shake was just a bunch of powered at the bottom with vanilla shake on top that you can't mix since the straw is paper and breaks.
