OMG, what can I say, both wife and I ordered a fillet of fish meal with extra cheese and we had to wait an extra 3 minutes for the fries so elected to take the burgers and wait in the waiting bay for said fries. What I found when I opened the box containing my Fillet almost blew my mind because sitting there in that box was the most perfect, freshest and downright hottest Fillet I've ever seen and had the pleasure of eating. Never before have we had burgers from Maccas that weren't just hot, they were burnies, absolutely burning hot the like I've never experienced at a Maccas. My wife's Fillet was not quite as perfectly put together as mine, the top bun had slid across a little bit certainly not as bad as some where it looks like whoever cooked it had terrible hand eye coordination. Then the fries arrived and blow me down, but I got up again because I was actually sitting in my car they were almost sizzling and just incredible to munch on. Really hot fries from Maccas are one of life's little luxuries and the food tonight was honestly a once in a lifetime experience. We have been eating Maccas since it first arrived in Australia and the food tonight honestly set the bar so far above any other MacDonald's food we've ever had that we're afraid all Maccas food from here on in will be a massive let down. We'll done to the staff at Rowville tonight, you really should be recognised as the best of the best.
Is Rowville McDonalds the worst Maccas in Melbourne? Food is always way below standard. The kids in the kitchen are having a laugh! The Classic Angus Burger is unrecognisable from the advertised product.
Every once in a while on a Saturday night, especially when it’s hot, I like to enjoy a caramel sundae.nnI know it’s been a while since clear plastic cups were around, but at least you could see how much caramel sauce you got.nnNow in the paper cups, the caramel sauce must be vying for the most expensive liquid in the world according to this McDonald’s.nnHonestly it’s like they’ve wiped the tip of the caramel pump on the inside of the paper cup. Bugger all caramel, it may as well be just a plain sundae. I also thought large sundaes were meant to have caramel on the top and the bottom? Perhaps I’m expecting too much?
I ordered quarter pounder deluxe and gave me something that looked like a Big Mac. Complain to them and told them the burger looked like a Big Mac and there was no tomato in it. And the first thing the female staff said was you don’t need to speak to me like that. She then told the kitchen staff to add a piece of tomato in it and hand back to me with no apology. Both customer service and burger was so disgusting , I ended up not having it. Never again visit this place. They need to train their staff properly.

The fries were soggy and cold, and the burger was dry and tasteless, as if it had been sitting around for ages. I’ve had McDonald’s before, but this was well below the standard you expect from a fast-food chain.nnTo make matters worse, the customer service was awful. The staff seemed completely uninterested in providing good service. They were unwelcoming and seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to engage with customers properly. There was no ‘welcome’ or even a simple smile—it was like they were doing us a favor just by taking our order.nnAfter the terrible meal, I tried calling to voice my concerns, but the phone lines were switched off. I called multiple times, but no one answered. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company doesn’t make it easy to provide feedback, especially when they clearly have issues to address.nnOverall, this visit was a complete letdown. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future, and I’d advise others to do the same if you’re looking for a decent meal and proper customer service.”nnI will be making a complaint to head office, tomorrow, looking by the reviews seems ongoing management doesn’t care seems like the same problem are happening each day each hour of the day at the Rowville branch
