Ordered 3 pizza’s Over filled with chilli sauce even extra large has Less meats taste bad.. Not good Domino’s Lysterfield I order the same from domino’s cheltenham and they are awesome.. Not ordering again.. bad bad bad I called to get this fixed the guy who attended call was rude and gave me a stupid reply that they weight the pizza.. and meats .. since I customised the pizza they can’t help. Hi, I ordered a large pizza today. Asked extra cheese, extra 2 chilli flakes, pineapple and prawns. With that I ordered a garlic bread as well. I was very happy about the delivery time and the politeness of the deliverer. But the pizza was hopeless. I couldn't see any cheese in that at all. The three toppings do not worth$7.00 charged. The cost of a normal pizza is advertised fir $15.00. But I have been charged $21.55. Totally disappointed. My total bill was $32.80. I sm not happy at all.
This is the worst outlet I have come across. Not sure how they still have business. I ordered pizza for a lunch party requesting delivery by 1pm, at 1.30pm it had still not arrived. The app was not updating, so I could not check the where the driver was. I had to drive to the outlet to find out about my order. The guy there told me that the order has been dispatched even without looking at my order, it only took me 3 min to the store, so I could not have missed the delivery. When the pizzas finally arrived, I questioned the driver, he told me he had to come from keysborough to pick up the order from this store and deliver to my place. This not the first time.
I feel sorry for the poor bloke making the pizzas tonight. He’s being over run by orders. With only him and a driver rostered on. Ordered pizzas for delivery. After being about 15-20mins late I called the store to see where my order was. To find out it would be quicker to pick up. So went down to get them to find that there was only him working there, phones ringing and orders coming through all while he’s busting his guts to make orders. Thanks to the bloke making the pizzas.
Delivery from this Domino's has been shocking recently. Had two bad experiences recently where one of my orders had drinks missing and when I called to get a refund/get them to actually deliver it. I was put on hold for 10+ minutes and then hung up on. After that they wouldn't answer the phone. The second time my order was delivered to my neighbour and once they found the food it was covered in ants and gone cold. I even put in a feedback on the website for this circumstance since I was quite annoyed and never even got a response or money back.
I actually like Domino's pizza but I don't think the Lysterfield outlet is very good. We ordered many pizzas from this place and the quality/service is not what it used to be. Most recently, I ordered pizza for a kid's lunch party and after about 20 min the pizza tracker app stopped updating. I wondered, "Where's my pizza? Did the order not go through?" So I started calling multiple times, no one picks up the phone and I've got hungry teenage boys at home! After 1 hour & 10 mins, I gave up and called PIZZA HUT who saved the day. By ordering a rush delivery from PIZZA HUT, I received my pizzas within 25 min. Only after I received my PIZZA HUT pizza, did dominos finally deliver their pizzas about 1hr 40min late!! That's a lot of $$ on pizzas. This was several weeks ago. No one picked up the phone at this dominos. So I wrote in a complaint to Dominos... no one ever responded. This is not the first time I've had problems here and even if you go into the store, they are dismissive. Look at the other reviews. Domino's HQ, PLEASE take notice!! It's your brand.
Delivered burnt pizza for kids dinner Matt the shift manager said he can't resolve this Have been ordering pizza for 4 years and disappointed with response and poor service.
We have been ordering pizza from Domino's Lysterfield branch for last five years. Today we ordered a pizza for my kids and received a delivery with burnt pizza. When we contacted Lysterfield branch and requested to replace the pizza they have refused to do it. It's very disappointing to see poor customer service and Shift Manager who spoke over the phone 'Matt' sugget to eat burnt pizza. One of the poor customer service.
One of Domino cars parked in a disability parking spot for 12 hours... Absolute disgrace
Paid for my $70 pizza order twice and they refused to refund me .. instead recommending the online feedback form. Never ever again.
