We ordered pizza tonight, when I arrived bedlam was going on these young people working through possibly the busiest night of the week with no manager, they kept going our order was very late but tasted great. I know some customers were less than understanding. But I think given the situation they all did incredibly well and management be happy to have such a good workers, thanks team
Ordered pizza for the first time in a long time, not usually one to moan or leave a review but my order was messed up last time I went to Pizza Hut and Masterton pizza Hutt really needs to up their game or find jobs they actually enjoy! Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides deal and a seperate 2 sides of chips and onion rings plus wings and ranch dipping sauce. There were no onion rings, the garlic bread was cold, pizza covered in ranch sauce that my kids absolutely hate! Specifically ordered ranch dipping sauce; not add it to my pizzas Tried to ring to make a complaint about 10 times over half hour. No one answered the phone! Not impressed at all.
Having a quick lunch so got the Meat Lovers Pizza from Pizza Hut Masterton . Quick friendly service and it was made in about 10 minutes. Lovely taste and plenty of filling.Food: 5/5
Oky not all the times same. Filling ‍ can see in photos Test different I was ordered same pizza 3 to 4 times after new start but first few attempts good but last couple was worse then ever
Not impressed- My wife went in-store and asked for 2 of those please & pointed at the $6.99 pizza special sign, the girl rang the transaction on & asked for $15.98, my wife queried the amount and was then told we aren't doing that price now and we aren't putting the sign out. The sign was inside the doors & easily visible along with the flag they normally put out to show they are open, but hadn't put out yet. It's only a few dollars but they need to improve their act & honor advertising
Ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and got a overcooked pizza without the cheese. Come on guys this pizza only has cheese? This is thr 3rd time and I'm over complaining to the staff about it. Not good enough Masterton
Booked delivery for 6.45. Arrived at 7.30 with no pre warning. Food warm at best. Tried to ring, no answer. Not your normal good service.
Went there today and I said to the lady I want 2 $6.99 pizza combos its on there board told her what flavors and went to pay and I said the sign says it is $6.99 she said we aren't doing that special so made me pay full price Why didn't she say from the start they aren't doing special on that I said sign says it but still refused special. That lady always does that to us and other people after we pay. Dominos might be the place to go service is so bad in pizza hut apart from a young boy w.and young girl who are fantastic.
Wastage of money flavour less. Spend 40 dollars for nothing
2 hours to deliver 3 pizzas. Stone cold and soggy. Been trying to call but phones been off the hook for the last couple of days.
