Ordered from Hell Pizza Masterton while visiting for a few days and was very happy. Reminded me of Hell’s quality a decade ago, when food was made to a standard, by locals.
Awesome pizza joint! This place has a style and vibe all of its own, and a menu to match - very different from what I'm used to in the UK. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pizza was ready much quicker than I was told to expect. The food was really tasty, and if wasn't living on the opposite side of the world, this place would be my new favourite. Highly recommended!
Love the store but must say not happy with last 2x pizzas as always ask for extra cheese and don't care what it cost but have not received. Staff say yes but not given. Bummer
Probably the worst pizza I've ever bought tasteless undercooked overpriced rubbish was terrible garlic bread was even worst we won't be returning!

If I could give this place a negative one star I would. Made an order over the phone, did not have most of the side options that were available on the menu due to not having anything in stock. Picked up the order, our pizza had no sauce/toppings that were specified on the menu. The pizza was so dry without the sauce, rang up and advised the owner. We were told the sauce was out of stock too, then he hung up on us. If we had known that when we had ordered over the phone, we wouldn’t have ordered that pizza. Disappointed that no remedy was offered, not even a voucher for a free pizza for our next visit. This place has gone downhill since the new owners have taken over. Will not return. Do not recommend!! Response to owner: Ordered Sunday 30th January at 8.42pm- Darryl. 8/2/21-Still no contact made by owner.
Phoned large delivery order in for a group of people at 9.22pm was told 40min wait which was ok. Pizza never turned up, went for a drive to see why as they wouldn't answer the phone and it was closed. Had to find food elsewhere at 11pm at night. Phoned owner next day as a courtesy and he tried to tell me it was our fault. Shocking service have advised our group what happened and they can't believe an owner would be so rude when I was only phoning so he could avoid it happening again. Won't go back and will ensure people know. Not a nice place at all. Shocked. To answer below response - There was no order cause your staff member didn't put it in the system. My call was courtesy to inform you what happened as I said at the start I didn't want anything I was just being nice you didn't need to treat me the way you did and accused us of not even calling. It's OK you obviously blame customers for your bad management.
Parry Singh and the team run a tight ship. Since it has been taken over. The service, food quality, time management and all around professionalism has gone up drastically. Great place for pizza.
Delicious pizza, store nice and clean with friendly staff. Look forward to my next visit.
