Extremely Rude and no respect on human being.nnMy mom lives in the area and due to the fact that they were the only one open at 2:30am my mom decided to stop by to their drive thru and order, a guy came out and my mom smelt a strong smell of alcohol in him,he is one of the staff that works their told my mom she can't order because she doesn't have a car if this is a rules then it should be okay but instead of explaining this to my mom with compassion they slammed the window and my mom saw 3 staffs started laughing about it in front of her and they didn't even hide it.nnI've seen some reviews regarding their drunk/alcoholic staff and McDonald's Masterton is tolerating this kind of staff and behavior? You don't even deserve a 1 star review.
Drive through order, wrong, remedied quickly, but got to half serves of chips burgers that were still not up to standards set by the last couple times I've had McDonald's around wellington region.
