Always a bad experience with masterton McDonald’s, asked for steamed buns so had to park up and wait, which is fine the very rude girl at the window tried to give us the chips, I asked politely if she can keep them warm, snatched the bag from my hand obviously annoyed, got our order then got home and our double Big Mac was a normal Big Mac and the boss burger was missing a Pattie, chips are cold, every single time I eat here it is always disappointing! People work so they can have a treat every now and then, sort it out masterton! Hopefully someone from head office can come and do some quality control and maybe teach staff some good customer service
McCrispy hasn't been out very long and they are already out of stocknAnd when it comes to adding mayo and Lettuce to a Mc chicken it's either not enough or too much never the right amountnMilkshakes are goodnAlso very sad that they no long do the crispy chicken bacon deluxe burgers anymore :
Ordered a Big Mac Burger no BUN with extra Lettuce and pickles. I got a box of Lettuce, with no meat no pickles! OMG seriously? May need to follow up that staff can read the changes to Burgers. I did have to laugh as I seriously can't believe that the person who made this thought someone wanted to pay $12 for a box of lettuce.
I ordered a small hot chocolate for my daughter with her breakfast. I saw the staff put a marshmallow in the drink, so I politely asked if we could have another one placed on top of the lid. Unbelievably, the staff member said no – that a small size is only allowed one marshmallow. Seriously? It’s just an extra marshmallow to brighten a 5-year-old girl's day! This was a very disappointing and unbelievable experience in Masterton.
Went through D/T and the lady at the first counter was lovely. Working the night through. Store was getting a referees done outside so, lots of fences about blocking areas off. The second window was mire business and basically, just handed the food over with hardly a smile. Otherwise I like this McD's.
