Ordered a kebab over a week ago and got satay sauce! Spent 2hrs in the doctors office and that wasn't a cheap visit. Sent an email and no reply! This place is the pits and they have zero customer service skills. PS. I'm allergic to peanuts
We have been passing through the town and decided to get kebab. I loved the touch screen when you can order what you want. But when we got the food- hallloumi salas, I found hidden under lot of sauce cabbage that was a few days old, not looking inviting to eat anything. Hallloumi was grilled only on one side. I would not eat here ever again.
Fantastic food. The wait time was not good. Email said 18 minutes unfortunately it took about 43 minutes from the time I ordered until I received food. They were very busyFood: 5/5
Hi.. I am a regular customer. Masterton's best cafe. Dont give your ears to bullys like Mia Stewart. The staff over there are very friendly. Obviously they are busy and they are not there to stand and smile at you. If you are getting good food for the money you pay, be happy for it. They are no:1 food outlet in masterton. For those people who is worried for not getting smiles from them - Buy a kebab Go home si back and enjoy some comedy series. Anatolia we love you.. Go ahead. Cheers
I wanted a baklava and was disappointed. Was dry. Will try their kebabs one day. Noticed can be very busy - seated and takeaway customers.
Fantastic kebabs, reasonably priced, convenient location and opening hours. I can recommend the "Meat Battle" Kebab with up to 4 of your favorite sauces. It's very busy between 12PM and 12:40PM -- for faster service, visit outside these times. Highly recommended.
Food here is OK, nothing more, and pricey. The atmosphere is totally lacking, and the staff range from indifferent to hostile. It's not helped by newly installed automatic ordering machines that reduce any interaction with the staff to zero. I won't be rushing back.
Older Man behind counter rude and dismissive. Have heard friends have this same experience. If you don’t like your job don’t do it, easy fix.
Ordering kiosks don’t work and are pointless… just take orders like any other shop. Business missed out on a $40 order due to their kiosks not working.
Absolutely love this place! the food is delicious, definitely the best Kebabs in the Wellington & Greater Wellington regions. Staff are always friendly, easy to order online.
