I went thru the drive thru I ordered an Angus burger and 2 chips , I was told there was no bacon I said that’s ok I got to the next window and they handed my bag not folded , just swung out the window I will add pic of my cold chips My burger had bacon funny that But was average for what it’s now worth Don’t think I will be back
I waited in line for 3 milkshakes and as I watched the board, my order went off, so I asked the lady where my order was and she said she would make it now. She then asked what I ordered, I ordered 2 banana milkshakes and a chocolate milkshake. After we got the milkshakes the Chocolate one didn't taste good but the banana ones did. But usually it's better than this. Kid-friendliness: They do have a room for kids which has a playground in it but at the counter the employees were cussing!
Definitely disliked. Won't be back. Food was cold. Order was wrong then some missing. Can't order at counter. All orders through self machine. In need of a good clean. Highchairs were in a hard place to find. Staff all looked stressed.
The playground was shut the whole reason we stopped on our long trip so i had two very disappointed toddlers. When I enquired about it, just wanting to understand if it would be opened anytime soon, the staff member was so rude and said "im not opening it for you" and then just walked away from me. I was very taken aback. A little empathy and understanding goes a long way. I was near tears.
I'm a little confused with how a big Mac can taste so bland and wrong when it's a set recipe nationwide. Extra onions does not mean three little onion crumbs in total in the burger. Chips were almost cold and tasteless, almost chewy. I can understand the low reviews posted now.Food: 1/5
just got lunch for 3 people. Girl at the 2nd window can't talk as she didn't say boo. The fries were soggy and cold. all 3 burgers, 2x cheese and 1x big mac, the buns were not fresh. we felt the burgers had been made and been sitting around for some time. Think perhaps they had been in made in advance for the lunch rush. Worst McDonald's experience in over 40 years.
One can usually rely on McDonalds to be consistent, if not imaginative. Not so here. Food quality is variable from good by McDonald's standard, to poor, with undercooked and unsalted fries, and cold patties in the burgers. Service can be hit and miss too. Not my favourite Golden Arches.Food: 2/5
Came here during new year’s holiday and it was so packed. We have to wait to order on the machine and then wait to get the food ready. No issues with orders and get the food right, but perhaps because of the busy hours, staff were not as helpful and the place was not that clean.
Clean, efficient, popular and what you get is what you expect. I will be happy to return when next I feel the need for Macca's
Average, asked if they could honor breakfast menu after waiting in line for ages to be served and was told no. Was just minutes from the breakfast changeover time. The facilities weren't the cleanest either. Coffee was good though.
