Pizza Hut Golden Point absolutely nailed it tonight. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings, with that classic soft-yet-crispy crust that’s hard to beat when you’re craving comfort food. Every slice had the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and flavour, and the ingredients tasted surprisingly fresh for a fast-food chain.nnService was quick, the order was spot on, and everything arrived exactly as expected. Sometimes you just want a reliable, satisfying pizza experience — and Pizza Hut delivered. Definitely one of the best takeaway pizza I’ve had in a while.
I am really impressed with how much Pizza Hut Golden Point has improved lately. The service was fast and the staff were friendly and professional. You can tell they’re putting real effort into customer experience now. The order was accurate, and overall it was a great experience.nKeep up the great work, Pizza Hut Golden Point !!!
Can only comment on the service and it appears they make there own rules outside of Pizza Hut Australia. Ordered delivery to pay cash only to find out 1.5hours later by ringing the store they dont accept cash for deliveries. A suggestion was made for me to drive to the store and pay cash and it would be delivered in 20 minutes. Absolute craziness. Read a few other comments seems like a good place to avoid.
My wife saw the young Muslim lady at the counter eating the chips that came with our order and licking her fingers in between. She was also wiping her nose with her hand. My wife also overheard her telling another employee that she stole some chips and laughing about it.nnAfter being totally grossed out my wife then had a minor argument with the lady over obtaining a full refund. We thought we would get pizza hut as a blast from the past after sovereign hill but will never be eating from there again. Discusting.
Extremely disappointed!!nI rang to order a pizza from the golden point establishment tonight, and after a few attempts to understand the young lady who took my call, and asking her to repeat what she had said, she hung up on me.nThen after ringing back up and ordering through someone else, I asked if they could ring the doorbell when arriving so I know they're here. Over an hour later, still no pizza. I checked outside and found cold pizza at my doorstep.nI'm done with pizza hut. They've become a joke!!
