Bloody beautiful feed, I had the Tradie burger, which was $15 and worth every cent. So much meat and cheese packed in, so delicious, chips were lovely and crunchy as they should be, good amount of salt, plain and jam donuts were the highlight of the night, none of this small sprinkling of cinnamon sugar, they looked like they were rolled in sand at the beach, but it's sugar. Don't recommend eating one in your car like I did.... Overall a great feed, well priced. Customer service was great, called out by name when your order is ready. Can't ask for much better than that.
See below for updated menu as I couldn't seem to find it anywhere. Burgers are average everything else is still amazing especially the donuts!
Stopped by tonight to purchase some donuts. Was told there was a 20 minute wait , with no other customers in sight I can only assume you are filling your Uber ears orders in preference to the customer that is standing at your van. You could of been working from your back yard serving and prioritising your online customers. Very disappointing as you have great food.
Quality has slipped a little with new young staff buy the flavours remain as good as ever! Ask them about the off menu superman burger! The lemon donuts are and you can ask them to combine donut flavours like jam and nuttella!Food: 4/5
Hamburger was average, and jam doughnuts looked and tasted disgusting! They were Soaked in oil and couldn't eat any of them without being or feeling sick... I will not be going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Ordered tonight and was told 20 mins, took about 50 minutes and the chips they gave me were soggy and cold as they had been sitting in the warmer for about 30 minutes. You guys have to time the chips with the burgers as $8.50 worth of chips were inedible, won't be back for a long time - regular customer Staff were nice UPDATE came back tonight and again dim sim was cooked ages before burger, dim sim was cold and chewy. Absolutely disgusting, are you guys ever going to learn??? Joke
Best Hamburgers in Ballarat !!! Especially the Aussie Burger my personal favourite And very reasonably priced. Staff are always friendly and very efficient in getting the orders out in a timely manner. Make sure you try the donuts, it won’t be the last one you have as they’re super delicious !! They’re always busy there, so that tells you something doesn’t it - The food is Good !! Thanks to Ash and your team, keep up the great work. 5 Stars
Burgers are great. After 3 visits in the last 4 months, I have found the chips extremely disappointing. Soggy in particular. They used to have the best, crispy chips which were perfect for a late night snack. 3 out of 3 instances of soggy chips makes me think this is the new norm now and is not my preference.
The quality has gotten really bad use to love the hamburger cart but last two times been disappointed tonight hamburger is horrible hamburger should not have hard bits to bite into even the chips are gravy are horrible. Time for a new takeout place for me
Love the Grill. Lovely space. Great food. Great service. Had the lunch special the other day and mighty tasty it was too. The staff actually stuffed up at one point and brought the wrong mains. Didn't matter at all. It was worth seeing how true professionals handle an error like that. They apologized graciously and profusely and then bought lots of extra food which wasn't necessary,
