I just want to commend the Staff on tonight, they were busy but still have excellent customer service. The store was clean and neat and they worked with speed. The supervisor or manager I'm not sure which was a particular delight.
Ordered a deal, was supposed to come with 2 pizzas a side and a dessert box ... got the pizzas and the side, the dessert box was missing stuff so I called up and they said they would bring around the missing items. An hour later a driver came around to deliver what was missing and didn't even bring everything. She said she'd be right back with everything else and never came back. Not happy at all.
Train the staff’s well according to the domino’s hospitality policies. Some of the staffs are very rude when the delivery drivers come to the store. We are not coming to pickup our orders and we’re coming to pickup your valued customer’s order. So we are representing your valued customers not for coming to watch and experience poor hospitality services.
Purchased a pizza for tea, with extras. Pity that when you get home you have to cook it as it is barely cooked, the base is blond and the cheese not even melted. The meat has not even warmed through, I know that they were busy, but really.
Ordered 2 pizzas & 2 side for delivery on a special deal. My pizza was meant to have Pepperoni, bacon, pineapple & mushrooms. They forgot the pepperoni, which is my favourite topping. I did send them a complaint about it, as direct feedback to the store, but they never acknowledged that.
