Hungry Jack’s is generally a reliable stop when you’re after a quick bite. The food is just about consistent. The burgers taste good and the servings are decent, though sometimes the quality can vary depending on how busy the place is.nn‘The burgers are better at Hungry Jacks?’…Yeah? …That’s a bit bold, is it?nYou may want to sample the other Hungry Jacks outlets - aside from Victoria Street one - before you put in your money!nnService can be hit-and-miss; some visits are smooth and friendly, while other times the wait can be a bit longer than expected.nnThe restaurants are usually clean, but not always spotless during peak hours. Overall, it’s a solid option for fast food when you’re craving something familiar, but there’s still room for improvement in food quality, speed and consistency across the stores.
Worst HJ’s I’ve ever been to. The staff were not very friendly or interested, and they forgot our drink. The burgers were cold and tasteless. We ordered a mocha and a cappuccino, and one cup had “mocha” written on the lid. When we tried the mocha, guess what was in it, a cold chai. Instead of making a mocha, they probably just wrote “mocha” on something they had already pre-made or returned and gave it to us. If they can’t tell the difference between a chai and a mocha, they shouldn’t be working in the food industry. It was also unhygienic as they held the cup from the top, like when you order from a third world street stall, rather than holding it from the sides, with their palm touching the top of the cup where you put your mouth.
I had a very disappointing experience at Hungry Jack’s. The food was literally tasteless. I ordered chicken strips, expecting them to be crispy and fresh, but they had no crunch at all. It honestly felt like they had been fried multiple times already. On top of that, the strips were served cold, which made the whole meal even worse.
Am always doing uber eats as on weekends very late at the night and always have good joke with Reece she is lovely very bright smile. Very speedy deliveries and I get chicken royale for me its always fresh & tasty I recommend this keep it up hungry jacks
Came in tonight to try the new Outback hunger tamers, unfortunately the staff had messed up my burger and I received the wrong things . I came back in to have it replaced and the young girl managing was an absolute delight! She remade the burger herself and gave me extra chips as an apology. Definitely worthwhile visiting this hungry jacks very polite and quick customer service. Props to the manager!
