Wanted a couple of soft serve ice creams this afternoon, so decided to go through the drive through. If the machine is not working, why can't a sign be placed prior to entering the drive through. We were caught behind two other vehicles and the first vehicle seemed to take an awful long time to be served. This appears to be a normal occurrence and needs to be rectified
worst super stunner i’ve had in my entire life. drink spilt everywhere, burger had mustard and pickles when specifically ordered without, and drumstick was in all sorts. will not be returning for at least a weeknnupdate : i returned a couple of hours later and the service and goods had significantly improved. i ordered 12 nuggets and 2 medium chips and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my meal. i shared this amongst 2 of my buddies and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The worst Brisket burger I have ever had, at almost twelve dollars it was extremely disappointing. Chewy meat and the bun was definitely Not fresh. However, Southern Style Chicken Tenders were really good, crisp, tasty and of decent sizes.
Burgers cold. Almost zero warmth in the patty, asked them to microwave it . Fries were fresh and hot, just another hungry jacks. At least it's better then maccas
Went on drive-thru service to order a bourbon whopper and the bacon was not cooked. Looks like the team was rushing for some reason. At the time it wasn't busy. Somehow had the worst hungry jacks meal ever. Not even recommend the place to try out.
