Overall, it’s a solid option for fast food when you’re craving something familiar, but there’s still room for improvement in food quality, speed and consistency across the stores.

I had a really good experience at the drive-thru today thanks to Hayley. She was super friendly and helpful. When I first placed my order, I forgot to add an ice creams, but Hayley told me I could still purchase it at her window, which I really appreciated.nnShe then asked me to park in the waiting bay so she could refill the ice cream machine and make it fresh for me. That extra effort honestly made a big difference. She went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted, and her customer service was amazing.nnReally great service — thank you Hayley!

My order was completely incorrect— I specifically requested chips with gravy and cheese, but received chilli sauce instead. This kind of careless mistake suggests a lack of attention to detail that is concerning when it comes to food service. When basic orders cannot be followed correctly, it raises valid questions about their overall operational standards, accuracy, and adherence to proper procedures. I will be bringing this matter to the attention of the health department for a formal inspection to ensure all required food safety and handling protocols are being followed here

We were there around 8:00 a.m. on a Friday morning and the place was spotlessly clean. Service was impeccable. Food was perfect. Perhaps the nicest hungry Jack's I've ever been to. And I've been all over South Australia and Victoria and spent that time in other states. The manager of the Ballarat have Jack's clearly takes pride in his business operation. Runs a very tight ship it would seem. Highly recommend stopping off for a breakfast meal or burger or cappuccino at the hungry Jack's in Ballarat.

I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to share my experience!nI recently visited Hungry Jacks yesterday and had the pleasure of being served by Matilda. She was a very lovely girl and provided excellent customer service as well as being kind.nThe food was also very lovely and fresh. Would definitely come again!
