Went in as they opened, could tell they were annoyed,got spoken to rudely. ordered 888 lamb, drove all the way home and wasn't even the right pizza, and couldn't eat it due to allergies. Rang them, said I have to come back for a refund. Just lost a loyal customer.
It's the worst pizza ever !!!!! After 30 min wait for a largr pizza. It was too oily, and they added flour and curry spice at the top of pizza
Customer Service was great, i have ordered a few times but by far i enjoy the pastas the most. They put in a lot of hard work and are very kind.
Ordered 4 pizzas and got only 2 paid freaking $63:80 and when I called back at 9:29pm went straight to voicemail . Very disappointed .no more pizzas from you
Not recommended all We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for JUST 2 large pizzas so we asked but they said they'll figure it out. Later on we waited for another 30 minutes but STILL we couldn't recieve our order. REALLY BAD service; very disappointed Never coming back here again
Had a bit of a mix up using the pizza 888 app. Payment came out but I received no order number. In saying this when I called up the store they were amazingly understanding and delivered my pizzas! All I did was show them the transaction on delivery very happy will order again!

This Pizza shop use to be my favourite, but over the last year or so. Quality has gone down significantly. My worst ever Pizza came yesterday, ordered Pepperoni, Vegetarian and Peri Peri chicken. First two were just okay. But Peri Peri had some very runny sauce that tasted no way near to Peri Peri rather tasted like sweet chilli. Whole pizza wasnt cooked well either. To whoever cooked it last, I was only able to eat one slice rest went to the bin. Thats how disgusting it tasted and looked. Should have a pic but realised it later. Quality has gone down significantly from this shop , I dont know if its change in management or new staff.
Best pizza iv had since going to Europe! We ordered American and Gourmet Meat lovers both thin based and absolutely beautiful, so good that we have no kids for dinner tonight so we are ordering again! The last three weeks have been disappointing. Over 1 hour wait, only to find it was sitting there in the oven. I had ordered 3 pizzas and there were 2 there, so didn't think to question it and was simply being patient. No one asked, no one checks order numbers as nothing is attached to pizza cartons. People coming in and out, phone rings every 10 seconds making it difficult to speak to someone at the counter. The orders need to be tagged to be identified. Something has changed in the past two weeks. Whether it's change of owner, management or staff I am not sure. But getting home 1 hour later with a base that's so hard and overcooked is not the best. Prior to the past few weeks, it was really good and always made super quick and perfect every time.
