Really shocking customer service! They didn’t even give us a number or docket or receipt. Ordered fish and wedges but was told we would have to pay for sour cream - $1 (thought it was weird but not a big problem) Waited for our order then to be whispered at by a worker who looked like she’d rather watch paint dry then do her job. We noticed they have us chips instead of wedges- she then said no the order was for chips... we said why would we have sour cream then. She then said sorry for the wait and that was it. AND WE DIDNT EVEN GET THE SOUR CREAM.. Never going here again

Ordered: 4 steamed dim sims with sauce, 4 potato cakes and a flake. Received: 7 round pieces of slightly cooked cardboard (potato cakes), 1 steamed dim sim (no sauce) and what seemed to be a microwaved inedible flake. I guess when you are in the business of perishable stock, the best way to get rid of perished stock is to sell it to the 1 customer a week who swings by for the first and last time.

Very bad souvlaki. Change of owners hasn’t been good. Soggy pitta, dry and over seasoned meat (wasn’t fatty which was good), sloppy tomatoe chunks. Just odd. Stick to the old way, it was heaps better. Plus side - very clean and well presented shop. Service staff not very friendly.

Would not recommend ordering the burgers from here! We Ordered two burgers with the lot. Both burgers had gristle (terrible meat) and not a lot of filling in it. Chips were over price but nice. Overall bad experience and we will never return or recommend.

Staff members very rude, got a dilivery and the bloke pretty much threw it at me to the point one box fell on the ground, said something he ignored me and got back in his car, wont go back.
