It was a total rip off. 2 German boys wanted to buy a van a let it check from a mechanic. So they brought it to this place. The mechanic (Indian heritage) charged $110 for the job and said that It is going to take him around 45 min for a proper check. It was a ridiculous report he gave to thise boys. He took only 10-15 minutes time at the car, didn't even drive it. He wrote things which were not broken and didn't need to be replaced. For example: he said that the timing belt needed to be replaced in 10000km. I ( as an owner of the van) told him and showed the papers that it was just replaced 30000km ago. So the mechanic didn't reply anything and was just quiet. He was embarrassed for being caught having lied to us. He didn't even take it for a 5 minutes test drive. He was just constantly telling things which were not true and not necessary to be fixed. These 2 German young boys wanted to buy the vehicle, but we're totally ripped off by this Indian mechanic. SO DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Very unprofessional!!!

Great Service here, fitted me in within 20 minutes, had me going 1 hour later. Would recommend them to anyone needing service done on a vehicle. Realistic and competitive pricing too

Owner "Dinesh" was extremely rude, quoted an obscene amount of money for the work needed, said there was more wrong with my car than there actually was. Complete rip off merchant.

Great service, highly recommended. Had problems with light beam focus and Mr. Bala and his dedicated team got to the bottom of the issue and solved it. Will definitely go back again

Took my car in for a service, WoF, and alignment. Friendly guys working there, but must have been having a bad day, or they let a complete novice have a go at the job. Hopefully they can improve, but I'm not sure - given that when I took it to my regular mechanic he was pretty bloody horrified at the amount of re-work to correct Pit Stop's mistakes.
