Eat fresh and preorder if it’s between 11:30 and  1:30 on a work day. The app will save you time, queuing are for the time rich and on some days has been a good 10-15min wait

Can be quite busy around lunchtime, probably because there aren't many other good places to eat in the area. They have a pretty good team who are quite efficient at dealing with the high volumes.

The options around the area are limited so I typically come here, I wouldn't if there were more options.

It's honestly let down by the poor customer service, the ordering process seems quite archaic, there will be 3 people working on one sandwich, then one sandwich gets done sooner than the one first in line so they prioritise that one, they forget that they're in a business district and people in the area are on tight schedules. They're rude and blunt, almost like they don't want to be there.

Not the best Subway I have been to. Tomatoes looking a bit mushy. They were out of pickles. Staff were friendly. Interior is a little dingy.
