Waited over fifteen minutes for a cheeseburger stunner meal, which I had ordered dine in.a customer who ordered from the same register after me was served before I was then when he finally called my number out he was holding a take away bag, I pointed out on the receipt that it said dine in, and said to him twice, and he said oh, and made the Sunday which was part of the order, then stood there, I then mentioned again it was for dine in, then he just checked the bag and Sunday on a tray and quietly said sorry like he didn't really care, when I got to the table I found out that he didn't even put a single serviette with the order. I found this lack of customer service appalling, particularly considering I order from here at least once every week.

Very convenient location. Always have had decent service from here. Staff works hard. Only suggestion is that they should do vending machines for frequently ordered items so that waiting times are reduced.

I ordered 2 packs of 10 chicken nuggets each and chips. And I got me a tendercrisp burger. I was told that I can choose 4 sauces as they come with the nuggets. So I ask for 2 aioli and 2 sweet sour sauces. It was a bit disappointing later to find out that the 2 sweet sour sauces where not in the bag though mentioned on the receipt. Some staff were very friendly (lady who gives the bags out), some staff not that much (lady who takes the orders/cashier). How I liked the food? Well, I have to admit that I am not a regular consumer of that sort of food but i have to say the burger was quite nice with lots of lettuce and two thick slices of fresh tomatoes. The nuggets didn't make my taste buds dance but were something like ok. The chips were nice though, and I liked their mayo. Waiting time was not too bad.

I love the burgers here, I tried to stop but always I got one here :P, they are tasty and enough for have a lunch/dinner or whatever, plus if you love the soft drink you can do refill all the time untill your cup disappear.

Cons: 2nd floor always closed
