The newest branch as well as their most modern. Instead of having tellers, they have 6 electronic ordering stations; just remember to pick up the queue disc and put the right number in. After successfully paying, what you have to do is walk up to the waiting area. The dining area is very clean and looks very hip & modern. Their toilets unfortunately looks like still in construction.

Deliciously simple wholesome vegan meals. Great for those people looking for a fast, healthy alternative. Perfect for couples on first dates. Bathrooms could use a little work.

Very nice inside given that it's brand new, but still will have a ton of patron confusion around which self checkout to use vs the counter, where the line is, or how to get a buzzer if one is missing from self checkout. Just some common issues seen. Sometimes it can take like 15 min or more just to get wings at night. They've got a bouncer too at the front door which I personally think is kind of hilarious.

Absolutely the worst KFC ever! Stood at the counter for 10 minutes nobody wants to serve! I MEAN do they treat customers like GHOSTS?! Gessus I found myself asking if I could be serve coz I felt so awkward standing at the counter, I mean HEEELLLOOO? The quality of the chicken and service has definitely come crashing DOWN over the past couple months. Shame customers are such an INCONVENIENCE for this place!!!!! WE ARE THE ONES WHO ARE PAYING YOUR WAGES DON'T FORGET.

New concept store in Auckland cbd. You can self service your order at kiosks, take a disk and your order will be brought to your table. The system worked well and was easy to use, the service was quick and the food fresh and hot. The store was very clean and staff friendly. A good experience in a new KFC​ ​style... I liked it. I would visit this store again.
