Hard to find. I think the name is hidden by foliage. Rooms very worn. Carpets awful and need replacing. Electrical fittings exposed. Shower good but no towel rails. Lift temperamental. Whole unit needs an update. Kitchen utensils sparse. House supplies sparce. Comfortable bed and fresh clean linen. Why put the clothes dryer on the balcony when there is space to install it properly in the laundry cupboard? Good underground parking and lift to room. Spacious and good location. It could do with an owner who took an interest in the actual care and look of the facility and who thought how to make a guest enjoy a great holiday. The bones of a great apartment are there but so much needs to be done to get it right.
The apartment is huge but unfortunately, the facilities needs upgrading. With only one air-conditioning in the living room right above the main door, the warm air is unable to reach the bedroom itself. So it was chilly at night in the bedroom, affected the sleep quality. Pls consider installing an air-conditioning within the bedroom.
Great kitchen and Landry, floors are floating timber in some areas and tiles, need to be swept as felt dirty as soon as you took your shoes off on arrival we had to wear our flip flops the whole time, there was no broom to sweap, then pillows you only get one pillow each, I ask for more the response was in the cupboard, already had checked to find one more so three one each, I had go purchase more so I would recommend bring your own and your own blankets. Ornaments a very dated didn't feel warming beach feel; there was a lovely flamingo picture, there is no lift so only stairs, and undercover parking but maximum hight is two metres no good if you have SUV with cargo carrier, outside of building needs a good wash and maybe paint, there a lot of materials around the building looks like leftovers from building, the garden at far back need maintaining grass has gotten out of hand if you look from bedroom belcony. Mangeress lives on the top floor so she keeps an eye out when you arrive. You must drive to end of property apartments to find area C, and there camera to see when you arrive, it not sound proof so you can hear other floors people moving about. All and All it was a pleasant stay, I would give it a 7 out of 10.
Shower mixer tap came off in my hand, one of the bathroom mixer taps not attached to the sink at all, just rattles around loosely. Weird layout to have a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms and only 1 toilet. Also not very clean. Egg shell on the balcony and bits of food in the kitchen. All in all it is serviceable but not great.
