I recently visited cyc and stayed there for 5 nights with a large group of family and friends and let me just say, I’m extremely disappointed to say the least with the service We as a group have received from one of your employees by the name of Sandra. Monday afternoon a few of the boys decided to go out fishing and in order to comply with the rules and not put food aside, A few of us had decided to purchase ingredients from the local supermarket to make sandwiches for dinner. I approached a lovely staff member and requested to use the mayonnaise for the sandwiches as we had run out. She said yes, only to have Sandra scream out in the background “no she cannot, I’m sick of them all”. I don’t appreciate being spoken about like that considering I have paid for my visit and meals like everybody else nor do I appreciate feeling disrespected in any way. With over $27k spent in 5 days you would think the service from Sandra would have been a little more courteous. I’m not exactly sure what any of us have done for her to be “sick of us all” considering we all clean before and after meals every day we are there. We are a loud and big family but ensure you at the end of every family holiday the location we spend it at is left immaculate and in perfect condition. It’s a far cry from where we usually stay. For the last 5 years we have made this an annual event and for the first time we as a family decided we would try something different in order to give the kids a lot more options when it come to activities. In compassion to where we normally go, the island most definitely has a lot more to offer the children, yet we as a group prefer to go back to where we are welcomed. 4 families decided it was best to leave early, leaving Tuesday morning, whilst the majority left first thing the following morning. It’s appalling behaviour and given I come from a customer service background and assure you this behaviour would be unacceptable in any customer service role. I would suggest Sandra take up a role where she has no people contact.

Amazing facility with amazing/ kind service. Very close to the beach and shopping center, Coles and other supermarkets available. The swimming pool is very generous and always clean. People who work there are so lovely and always greet you with a smile and conversation.
