Filthy room - checked in at 2pm. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed, chip crumbs on my daughter’s bed found at bedtime. Human hairs on the beds also found at bedtime. Pubes in the basin, toothpaste around the tap. Soap suds from the shower came up through the drain in the middle of the bathroom. Tea towel looked like someone wiped their bum on it. Disgusting. The best thing about this place is the location and proximity to the water front. We went and bought cleaning products and cleaned as best we could now need to sleep in beds that look like they’ve already been slept in by strangers.
Amazing place, friendly. The place was clean such comfortable beds. Close to everything and we were upgraded and looked after. We will definitely be going back there.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed here for a week. Perfect location close to the beach and just far enough away from Cowes main street. Great cabin with all you need. Highly recommend. Rooms: Good 2 bedroom cabin Nearby activities: Close to Cowes foreshore and right next to the beach. Walkability: 5 minute walk from Cowes main street. Lovely paths right outside the cabin leading to walks along the beach.
The blinds were dirty in the room and the walls need a clean as it has coffee stains in room 21. I liked the contactless check-in that was very convenient. Shower temperature was too hot or too cold it was hard to find the right temperature setting as if you put any cold water on was too cold and hot was too hot. Bed was unfortunately uncomfortable. I didn’t bring the kids but it is kid friendly. With a park and a pool. It’s a great budget hotel and the location is good not beach front but a few minutes drive to everything.
Great holiday park. We stayed in one of the family rooms because it was all that was available. A large double and two single beds. There is a desk with TV, small wardrobe. The room is quite spacious. They are clean. They bed was comfortable. The room was lovely. Check in was easy. They are at the front of the park near the pool and opposite the restaurant. It's a couple of minute walk to North Pier, Cowes main street or the pier at Cowes. Great spot
We stayed for 2 nights in a family spa room, room was spacious, tidy and clean, comfy beds, great location, close to shops & beach. We enjoyed the fire works for 2024. Big thanks to Wendy, the great lady. Highly recommended . Kaloha is the best resort in Cowes Rooms: Big, tidy , clean
We booked 2 nights but one stayed 1 because other holiday stayers were loud and disruptive at all hours of the night. We were upstairs and had the bbq right below us, where the loud croud were drinking at early hours of the morning, so didnt sleep much. We got a microwave, toaster and kettle, but no cuttlery or plates or bowls, so how can you make make anything? And no extra towels for the spa in the room, only got 2 towels for 2 of us for the shower for 2 nights. Carparks are way too tight to fit cars and waiting for an accident to happen, seems like they took short cuts in the spacing.
Only stayed here one night and didn't explore the grounds. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was close to many of the local attractions. I would recommend and stay here again!Rooms: 5/5

Stayed for 1 night. Close to everything - beach, Coles but it doesn’t have a beach view technically. Each room will have different ammenities so read carefully when booking. I liked the keypad operated door lock so no need to bring bulky keys. Online checkout was so convenient. Parking spaces can be tight especially if you have a big SUV. The pool is NOT heated, but there is a heated spa. My kids loved the playground in a sandpit. Easy to find.
