Beautiful place to sit down and relax while having a beverage and/or a meal, viewing the ocean on the balcony outside or inside in an open spaced restaraunt and bar. Nice location to stay in the hotel as well. The rooms have been refurbished. There's a pool available to swim in and just across the road is the ocean! Awesome food, awesome location and awesome staff. Couldn't ask for much more!

Fantastic! Stayed in a spa room and was overall very impressed with the room, bedding and facilities. The staff here are probably some of the most friendly hotel staff I've experienced, everyone I interacted with was cheery and enthusiastic. The room was huge! Compared to most other hotels I've stayed at, this one was just massive! All facilities were great, and everything worked perfectly. The spa was awesome, heaps of power at the jets and there was enough hot water to actually fill it and still be hot. I have seen spa rooms in other hotels where the water heater didn't have half the capacity of the spa...!! There was an annoying tapping sound coming from outside when I was trying to sleep - another room's airconditioner was being used and the dripping water was hitting a roof somewhere near my room. A LARGE group of other international guests had many children and insufficient decency to tell them to stop screaming - not reflective of the hotel quality, however I'm accustomed to a bit more soundproofing.

Fantastic location. Bed very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Beautiful views. Should be perfect after renovations. Will be back.

Great location with pretty good view of the beach. Staff and the room (ocean view with spa) were pretty good too. However, the water system needs to be upgraded. It's like a hammer drill goes off whenever the water is turned on and it's quite disturbing. A few bugs flew into the room even though there was a fly screen. Not quite enough parking space for such a big place however there is ample parking on the side streets. Overall quite a good experience.

Great place to stay. We are in a garden suite and we are the only ones out there. Lots of parking, including for bikes and trailers. 5 sleeping spots within suite, inc 2 x kings and 1 x single bunk. Room service is amazing. Very friendly staff. Bar and dining is lovely although very expensive. Some amenities lacking, no kitchenette, microwave or toaster, no cutlery or crockery, no BBQs as they are out of order permanently.. It makes the holiday very expensive, having to eat out for every meal. I would recommend this for short stays.
