This husband and wife team are awesome. Allie was lovely to deal with when I reached out about my cat door requirements and Greg did a fantastic job of installing the door quickly and professionally. Exceptional customer service and a very friendly pair to deal with. Really reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome!  Not only did they fit me in so close to Christmas at short notice (which I know wasn't easy), they talked me through a few options for my situation and we agreed to go with a more cost effective option for me as it was much better suited to my situation, even though initially I wanted a more expensive one! They give great service, know their stuff and are incredibly friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Simply put they are THE BEST in their business. 

Dont waste your time going elsewhere. They are honest, friendly, on time, committed, dedicated, offer quality workmanship, have over 30 years of experience and offer great prices.

 Customer service and looking out for you and your fur babies are their top priority. Pet doors have to be installed at the right height, accounting for all variables and these guys know their stuff. Thank you so much you have another customer for life :)

These guys are the real deal. From the first call we made to Alie, to booking in and having the install competed by Greg, it was easy and professional from start to finish. We called on a Friday and had it all done the following week. Awesome service. Definitely recommend using Pet Doors R Us :-)

Fantastic customer service and a perfect installation of my cat's new sureflap microchip cat flap. Greg was on time, friendly, and happily gave me a micro lesson on glass physics while he was doing the install :)
