The products are great and the quality is good. But the staff who are at the store on the weekends are more welcoming Greet and come to you for help then weekdays. Visited the store yesterday and the old lady neither greet or asked if i needed help. I had to say hi. Though she greeted the white lady who came after me which i found odd. This behaviour can offend some people Of colour especially, but i just bought the products and came home.

The post on Google maps is very confusing. It clearly indicates that in-store buying is still an option. I drove from Gulf Harbour believing that I could do this... albeit under level 4 restrictions. No such luck. Got told to email my order and it might be ready sometime today. I have supported your store for the past 4 years... generally good service and friendly staff.
I have been a customer of raw essentials since the shops were founded and am a regular customer to the Silverdale store. The staff here are amazing. All passionate and well educated at ensuring people have the correct understanding of how to feed to provide the numerous benefits raw feeding has on our cats and dogs. I regularly recommend my clients to raw essentials who are interested in diet as they will always get sound advice. There are so many varying opinions on how to raw feed but from experience and knowing that the diet advised by raw essentials was founded by a veterinarian it pays to seek knowledgeable advice. It's surprising to see a negative review on these ratings as after visiting this store for years I have only ever witnessed professional friendly behaviour from the staff there. Highly recommend a visit.
Came to the door and realised you need to order on the emails. felt like a dolt! The team let me know how to place my order and were apparantly very busy so was happy to wait. One staff memeber said they had at least 60 orders from the last few days with more coming. 5 star service and very understanding while under these weird times.
Product is good, the girl dog loves the medallions. Shop assistant was quite abrupt, no smiling and not welcoming. As there was two, the younger one was very much better, and quite a delight. I'm ok with it in any case.
Sadly received the most appalling rude attitude and service from a staff member I have ever encountered. From walking through the door and asking for a minute to browse their products first, to a simple enquiry, then when I said my dog ate dry in the morning and raw at night, I was shown hostility and contempt and the food I wanted to buy was taken from me!! It's fine to be passionate about solely raw food and to encourage your ideals but it is unacceptable to treat customers so rudely. I will not be back.
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable , friendly and easy to talk to. So many choices, very happy with the help and advice given.
