Excellent customer service and one of the very best Pet Stores I have been into here in New Zealand. The prices are somewhat higher for some items..... but if your personal time and convenience is more important than price...then Animates is one store worth considering.

Mainly stop in for the DIY dog wash as it's convenient. Though not quite so good after they stopped supplying towels. Retail items tend to be pricey unless on sale, but they do tend to have most things.

Amazing service. The staff are all super helpful and knowledgeable. They are also very invested in their customers, remembering their names, their pets, how they are doing etc. Couldn't recommend it enough

Great for pop ins to see the pets. Also great staff and a load of animal products. Not hard to find what you need! I come here to get my dog prezzies!

Bunch of incompetent young fully stupid girls whom doesn't know the difference of a job or a job. Come on animates sort your staff issues coz you can see from a mile that they are fairly useless at their job.
