I am genuinely impressed with this store, having been a loyal customer for a number of years now. The place is always humming with great energy, and they consistently provide a massive selection of high-quality products for any animal type. Their pet food range is particularly outstanding. The team are exceptionally friendly, and it is incredibly reassuring that most staff members know a great deal about animal care. I highly recommend them.

Great spot for your pet needs. Been in and out of here for years. You got your more experienced staff who know everything. Then you have your young hires. The incredible thing is that no matter who you get, they are always keen to help. Maybe it’s because the store is always clean and nicely air conditioned that they feel happy to help haha. Either way it’s always a pleasurable experience, and they can answer any questions with regard to animal products
We come in once a week with my daughter to wash our dog and I can not speak more highly of the team.nNot only are they very helpful they are incredibly kind to my daughter and make us feel so welcomed.nWe will always shop here now just because of the team.
I had the most incredible experience at Animates Silverdale thanks to their fantastic team – especially Laura. She went above and beyond, staying with us the whole time as we tried different harnesses and walking accessories. Laura patiently explained each option, helped us test them out, and made sure we found the perfect fit for our dog. The whole experience was stress-free, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. I can’t recommend the team at Animates Silverdale highly enough!nThank you
