Dreadful service!! Christmas shopping at its worse! Came back this year and the sense of maturity present in the store compared to previous years was gone. Girls are too young and too involved in their private conversations even whilst serving customers. I felt ignored at times. Kaitlin was completly ignorant of my needs and kept walking off while attempting to serve me. I left without making a purchase and took my business elsewhere. I get better service from my local butcher.

Crazy busy this time of year. Bit frustrating to wait when you know what you want. Team are pleasant, but would encourage to put more people on. Saw a few people walk out a they didn't want to wait

The worst shopping experience! I queued the long line under the sun and just because I move to the line under the shade before being asked, they asked me (a pregnancy woman with kid and old mom) to queue again. The worse is the people in front of me didn’t realize that I queued just behind her in long time. The way they just judged the Asian people made me deeply sad. I will never do shopping in Pandora store anymore. If I need to buy, it is better buy online.

I enjoy shopping and have been all over the World, but this by far is one of the worst experience I've come across. Kaitlin the manager, was rude, arrogant and offensive in the way she was addressing me and displayed awful judgmental behaviour towards my colegue and I. Customer service ZERO!
