Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t bother going in because you won’t even be acknowledged. Whatever happened to saying hello to customers. I was actually keen on purchasing an item but there was no attempt made to show me anything despite me standing at the one display case for over 5 minutes. You lost a sale and a customer! Well done girls.

My mum bought a wristband with charms here. Very good customer service. Special thanks to Ms Lee. She was a wonderful and helpful person. 10 out of 10 for the service!
