Witchery

I walked into the witchery store at the domestic airport at about 7.30pm on 20/03 and was quite excited as I was after a couple of items that were sold out of the Melb central and chapel stores but was available here. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted in the customer service I received. Firstly I was not acknowledge or greeted, the 2 blonde ladies didn't even raise there heads and stop their personal discussion to see if I needed any assistance. One of the ladies started vacuming and was continously coming near my feet (again no acknowledgement) the other one was texting right at the front of the counter. I spent a total of 5 minutes in the store (I had picked up about 7 items) let myself into the change rooms. I was not asked once if I needed help or assistance. Out of principle I decided not to purchase any of the 7 items at this store because of no acknowledgement or concern. I still cannot believe the whole time I was in the store the ladies did not speak to me once. I would be rating this store zero stars but had to make a selection. ATTENTION SHOPPERS/TRAVELLERS DO NOT BOTHER TO SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
