Victoria's Secret

Had Jennifer serve me and she was very helpful & polite! Gave advice as to not just the store but went beyond her duties and helped with airport direction. Was as quick as possible when she knew I was in a rush, felt very welcome

Very pushy customer service, we really wanted to buy and I was talking to my husband on the phone and the lady wouldn't leave us alone. She kept pushing my friend and I till she actually pushed us out because we didn't feel like buying anymore.

The girl who served me on Monday morning 18/7 was extremely helpful and friendly! She knew the products well and was really lovely

Terrible customer service. Made to feel completely unwelcome, no greeting and no offer for help. Spoken down to, causing a friend and I leaving the products we were going to buy. Just because you work at Victoria's Secret does not mean you have the power to belittle customers. This retailer is an absolute joke. A great example of poor customer service.
