The service today was impeccable! Frida and Stephanie were the loveliest and most helpful staff members. They took the time to ensure we were happy. We actually bought more than intended but we’re so totally happy with our purchases. Thank you. More business would do well to take a leaf out of their customer service book!

Amazing service everyone is so nice and thoughtful. I wanted my jewellery polished on Friday as I was going overseas on the weekend. Despite being busy they were kind enough to polish my jewellery before I went overseas. I am very thankful for their service.

Received absolutely amazing service from the lovely young lady Hayley, approached and attended to me. helped me pick out a ring for myself, was honest and friendly. Highly recommend seeing hayley when wanting assistance!!!

Horrible service . Impatient and rude the whole time i was trying to choose jewellery , and made me felt like i had to decide then and there . Left my rings to get cleaned and got told i would receive a phone call never did went to check and the store was closed . i needed my rings for tonight , not happy at all.

Because of Christmas the store us very busy. The staff here are all lovely, patient and happy to allow you to browse or alternatively to offer suggestions. There is room to move around the display cabinets making it wheel chair friendly too. The free cleaning service is great and the items are covered by warranty.

Peter the store man does not acknowledge you standing and waiting why he spends 20mins with 1 customer it would have been nice to be noticed.. Oh well Peter you lost a vey big sale!!!!!!!. i will never will never return to this store!!! Very poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
