Salera's Jewellmasters - Broadmeadows

Do not shop at Salera's at Pacific Werribee! My partner thought he would do something nice for me and purchase a watch. Unfortunately it was not correct when he went back to the store to get his refund he was informed then they only exchange goods. He spent hundreds of dollars that he can not get back now. If you are planning to have such a strict refund policy the least you could do is mention it at the point of sale. I spoke to the Area Manager after I sent an email via their website only to be told that it says no refunds on the receipt. How does one know that until after the purchase? I have been completely turned off this company and would suggest to others to shop somewhere else. Somewhere with a little bit more freedom on how you spend your hard earned cash.

Do not shop at Saleras in Broadmeadows. After purchasing jewellery for a couple of thousand dollars. I needed to change them for personal reasons. I was told that the request was sent to head office. Four days and still waiting for a reply. I will never shop there again!!!
