THE WORST STORE EVER VISITED. THE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER ARE VERY RUDE. WORST EVEN WHEN PROUDS DOESNT HAVE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHERE WE CAN OFFICIALLY LODGE COMPLAINTS AGAINST SUCH RUDE STAFF MEMBERS.

VERYYY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! WANTED TO SIMPLY ASK A QUESTION ABOUT THE ITEM IN THE SHOP FRONT WINDOW DISPLAY. WAS BARKED BY NOT 1 BUT 2 STAFF MEMBERS WHO SAID THEY WERE TOOOO BUSY TO ANSWER A SIMPLE (YES/ NO) QUESTION. WAS GOING TO BUY THE ITEM HOWEVER AFTER BEING SPOKEN TO SO OFFENSIVELY. I LEFT THE STORE AND DID NOT PURCHASE THE ITEM!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE BY THOSE 2 WOMEN (STAFF MEMBERS) AT PROUD STORE IN BROADMEADOWS
