Purchased an 18ct gold bracelet and necklace from here few years ago for my wife. One of the hooks came loose recently and she took it to a jeweller to get it fixed. He tells her it's only 9ct. Unfortunately can't find the receipt so can't do much about it now. Stay away from this place. Thrives.

Exceptionally rude staff member. My sister and I went into the store last Friday night hoping this  staff member could tell us if this certain type of necklace was in stock. We only managed to get out the name of the necklace before she started telling us no, no, no, no you don't wear that as an everyday wear. No we don't have it in stock! When my sister went to ask her a question as to where she might know that stocks them she cut her off and again continuously said no its not everyday wear. 
Both my sister and myself walked out rather shocked and didn't know what to say. I understand that it's the Christmas period and that plenty of people are demanding certain items , but perhaps this lady could of at least put a fake smile on and POLITELY told us no sorry we do not stock that necklace. Won't be going back again to this store.

Good Variety of jewellery, Staff very friendly. Can do better to give competition to jewellery shops.
